What does OneMore mean?
Our name and logo are often mistaken for a simple square with a cross. In reality, the “box” is formed by four number ones, rotated and joined together, while the cross in the centre is the plus sign taken directly from the word More. Together, they represent our philosophy: the idea of always adding one more. One more step, one more idea, one more choice towards better.
You’ll find +1 in our very fabric, from our values to the way we name our products and even our prices. You’ll always find our +1 at the end.

From which countries can I shop online?
If you order from the EU, Switzerland and UK, you can shop directly on our website.
For orders from other countries, please contact us at contact@one-more.info with your request.
What are the delivery times?
– Italy: usually 1–2 business days.
– EU: usually 3–4 business days.
– Switzerland & non-EU countries: 5–10 business days (standard shipping).
Please note: external factors such as postal or courier delays, logistical issues, adverse weather, or inaccessible delivery addresses may extend delivery times.

When do I qualify for free shipping?
– EU: orders over €351
– Switzerland and UK: orders over €501
– Non-EU European Countries: orders over €501
– North America & Canada: orders over €801
– South America: orders over €801
– Asia, Oceania, Africa: orders over €901
How are taxes applied?
For shipments outside the EU, Italian VAT (22%) is deducted at checkout. Upon delivery, you will need to pay any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by your country.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via the email address used at checkout.

Can I receive an invoice?
Yes. When checking out, select “Company” as “type of user”, then fill in all required fields.
How do I start a return?
Email contact@one-more.info with your order number and reason for return. Once confirmed, you will receive a return label and detailed instructions.
How many days do I have to return a product?
You have 14 days from the delivery date to contact us at contact@one-more.info and begin the return process.
How much does a return cost?
– Within the EU: free of charge.
– Outside the EU: please email contact@one-more.info for more details.
Can I make an exchange?
Yes, but only for a different size – not for a different model, colour, or product.
What are the return conditions?
The product:
– must be sent back within 14 days of delivery;
– must be in the same condition as received;
– must include all original tags, accessories, and packaging;
– must be shipped from the same country where it was delivered.
When is an item not eligible for return?
An item is not eligible or return if it is returned after 14 days, if it is not in original condition, or if it is missing tags, accessories, or packaging.
Where do I find the return label?
The return label will be emailed to you by contact@one-more.info.
Do returned items need to be in the original packaging?
Yes, items must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, tags, and any accessories.
What are the features of your products?
Our garments combine performance and responsibility. Depending on the product, they may feature:

We carefully select sustainable, innovative materials, including:
– ECONYL® (regenerated nylon, mainly from ocean waste)
– AppleSkin™ (a vegan fabric made from apple industry waste in South Tyrol)
– Recycled polyester padding from PET bottles
– Synthetic fur
What type of padding do you use?
100% recycled polyester fibers from PET bottles.
In which ways are you sustainable?
– Most production and material sourcing is done in Italy.
– Use of recycled materials.
– High-quality products designed to last.
– No use of PFAS (sometimes referred to as forever chemicals).
Are your products vegan?
Yes. We do not use animal leather or fur — only synthetic and plant-based alternatives.

How should I wash my garment?
Machine wash on a delicate cycle at 30°C, with the garment turned inside out. Do not bleach or use fabric softeners. For further details, always refer to the care label, usually found inside the garment in the special “OneMore Care” pocket.
Can I dry-clean OneMore products?
No, dry cleaning is not recommended, as it may irreparably damage the garment.
How do I care for OneMore products over time?
– If wet, hang it to dry immediately in a dry place.
– Avoid prolonged sun exposure when not in use.
– Keep away from direct heat sources.
– Avoid friction with hard accessories (e.g., straps, gloves). This applies in particular to special fabrics, such as AppleSkin, which is a more delicate material than technical fabric. Pay attention to the specific hangtags attached to the garment at the time of purchase.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Our products are generally covered by a 2-year warranty in Europe, provided they have been used and washed according to the guidelines and proof of purchase is available.
